After a schematic of the gearbox and transfer case please , or a link , wanting to know if the gearbox shaft connects directly to transfer , gearbox and transfer shift correctly , but the truck no movy , the output on the transfer vibrates , Cheers Paul.

Sounds like it could be the 2 piece output shaft that has stripped splines.

This is a known problem with these gearboxes up until the factory fixed them sometime in 2002 or 2003.

The fix is a stronger single piece output shaft.
