4G54 question

i got a triton with a 4G54 with 5 speed and its allmost dead
in the shed i have a 4G54 from an auto box

my question is :- will the auto motor bolt up to the 5 speed

i was told there are different so im gessing the crank is different to bolt the flex flate on

I believe the difference is in the bell housing stud/bolt pattern. The crankshaft patterns should be the same.

The lower bellhousing bolts are further apart on the manaul engines. The Sigma came with series one and two versions. The Pajero often had series two head on a series two type block.

No the bellhousings for the auto and manual are differant
