Hi mate, I don't run 6" of lift in mine, I have 3-4" and run 35"s with no rubbing.
If you want to get serious, look into getting a high steer setup.
Or just buy the dropped drag link.

'89 Hilux Single Cab - 3RZ, 35" Kreepy Krawlers, 4.88's, F & R Air lockers, RUF, Longfields, TG Highsteer, Highmount and no money
I would go crossover with a lift that big. A drop drag link won't fix it.

yep muchly aggreed spend your cash at superior u wont regret ithilux79 wrote:I ran one and bent it in 2 trips. It hit the U bolt. I only have about 3" in the front of mine so on a taller truck they may be better. My advice would be to get high steer or crossover and only spend your money once cause you will end up going that way if you want a flexy front end anyway.
Cheers
