As the titke suggests lets get some buildups / pics of the mods you have performed to your highmounts.

I'll sell you mine.
wide drum (80m of 10mm rope), free spool, breathers etc etc
twin 7.8hp 24v motors, (Flamin Fabs) plus adapter for 6hp Warn motors.
complete solenoids, cables etc for each motor,
plus twin 25 plate batteries and 70 amp 24v altenator.

I'm going hydraulic so don't need it anymore!

NZ$5,000 ie half replacement cost!

I'll stick a 9000 12v low mount in. Not really worried about a back up but it will be there to get back on the hweels when i roll it and that is about it.
With the hydro we are doing we don't expect any trouble. A LOT simplier than what every one I'veseen over here so far and everuthing will be standard off the shelf parts.
I imagine quite a few will follow suit and i know of at least one other truck that is currently building the exact same system but with a slightly smaller pump.
Can't say anymore than that as i want to have an advantage for at least one comp.

PS Sam when are you getting the the 'new' truck finished????

If we had figured out this winch and a sponsor had said do it sooner then i would have. Such is life sometimes I guess! :roll:
