IMO an unlocked portalled RR with 35's would go further than a locked standard RR with the same tyres here in Vic.
We dont necessarily have to have clean terrain. The courses just have to be set so that diff clearance isnt as much of an issue and i think this will happen. There is nothing more boaring to watch than a rig scrable around getting diffed out all the time. I think our rockcrawling comps will head the same way as the US. Less diffing out rocks and more big obstacles (like big ledges and climbs)
