Double Black Offroad/Boss Tj flares
Double Black Offroad/Boss Tj flares
For those running big tyres and like the look of the Tj flare, we have now for sale the 7" wide duraflare. It is a similar style to the warn extended flare but has our flush mount adr approved indicator lenses.

I was thinking of using two sets of fronts from a JK... to help hide a change in track..
But at this stage Im having hard time of getting hold of even a damaged one to see how it will rest on the side of the Sierra to see if its worth buying a set. Anyway I sent you guys an email and Bill replied on the weekedn which I appreciate considering it was the weekend, but he didnt really answer what I was asking. If you want to have a read your welcome.

I can't see a way the JK front will be suitable. It's quite tapered and curved. they're also enormous. Really enourmous.
JK rears might be good (but they don't look like they flange mount) , as are TJ rears which do flange- i.e mount to a flat surface.
Steve.

I've got a set of factory JK's ( actually DoubleBlack currently has them..... ) and the fronts as Steve says are way too big and tapered for most applications.
If you look at a JK the "flare" is really the front guard if you get my drift.
Their wider versions are even larger and look very very cool on a JK.
Now the rears on the other hand open up all sorts of options - contact Bill and see what he can do.

( usual disclaimers )
It seemed like a much better idea when I started it than it does now.
