On a side note, does anyone know if the Kaymar rear bars to suit GU III (2002) fit on the GU IVs (2005>) ??? Or need excessive mod?

Gueey's bar is the type I want to get Steve. Not sure if thats what you were after though.

Gueey, are the stub axle's on the bar to run a spare wheel holder??

Its not my patrol but I can answer it,

It is made for spare wheel holder, but my guess why didn't do that mod because each spare wheel holder or jerry can holder is $500+, its expensive stuff but I don't know why :?

Yeh.
the bar came with one one the right, but i had a extra one fitted on the left just in case i wanted a jerry holder later on.

Thats all well and good if you intend on chopping you guards but some people like to keep thier car original, but as you say great departure angles, except for you exhaust & tow bar.
Just things to keep in mind.

Dont think those guards are chopped are they? Just the plasic bumper removed????

yes guards have been chopped and pro filled.
