just fit my new rear springs, went to re attach the shocks to the lower mounts. drivers side went on ok, but tried to put the passenger side one on and it was hitting the brake caliper. so stood back and had a look and the passenger side mount is welded closer to the outside of the axel housing.
can anyone else please confirm if it is supposed to be like that, if so why? where its sitting atm i can't get the left shock on. i don't know how i got it one before :(
you can see the difference between the 2 pics. look at the shook mount compared to the bump stop perch above it and how close it is to the caliper...
