Post by 88pajero »

I have just brought a front locker for my troopy and need the correct tensions ect to do things, ie bearing caps etc, up to when putting the diff/ axles back togeather. Does anyone know were I can get my hands on this info online, or does anyone have any smarts hey can share with me?

unfortunately I dont have a workshop manual and I dont think those gregories manuals will cover what I need, but if someone can tell me weather they do or dont ill get one if itll help.
Jabber gone. Now have 98 nissan terrano and a 94 4.2ldiesel rv troopy on 33s slowly getting the fancy bits. How the hell do I change my user name?

I just did one in the front of my HiLux and the workshop that helped me said to set the back lash back to what it was when you pulled the diff out, not the factory settings. Must be right as the locker is great. If you can get a dial indicator, you will be able to measure this accuratley.
