Do vitara diff go straight into sierra, or do you just get the RnP and fit them.

Seems a big job to fit RnP and beyond my skills, where as if its the full diff center, no probs.
If it breaks, excellent, time for an upgrade

vitara have an alloy centre which isnt very strong so the crownwheel and pinon is transferrred over to the sierra steel centre

Just interested after reading this thread.

If you aren't running huge tyres and do this gear swap will it help with Highway speed?

So would what would a zook with standard wheel size and 4.6 gears sit on revs wise to cruise at 110kmh on the freeway?

4320 rpm @ 100km/h with stock transfer and tyres.

37:1 crawl ratio, up from 29:1 stock.
