HSV...

That is nice...How much lift you got on there? I was running a 5" lift with stock arms, then decided to go down to a 2" lift in order to keep everything stock, to ellude the vibrations, and to get better trail performance...

After a while, I decided to fix the rear links to help with the articulation with the N76 OME rear springs (~29" long). I got a standard LR rear link, cut it in half, kinked it 12cm, and lengthened it 2cm.

One comment if you may...the rear link on the rear axle side should have been kinked again in order to help the axle drop down. The way you have it now, the rear point at the axle will bind early in the drop.

Just a note...

Great work though!

next generation rear link

Ajustable rear link. (the next generation.)

The bush is offset to the lower edge of the link, I think it gives enough clearence so as to not bind.

Won't it be weaker at the bend now that there is a kink (all be it very slight) in the DOM?

Did you heat and treat it?

The tube will be Ok it was heated for the bend which have no effect on it.

The wall thickness is 10mm excessive but will do the job nicly.
