Supercharging a 1.3

Post by lump_a_charcoal »

ANyone supercharged a carbied stock 1.3?
I was thinking of running low psi (4-5) on mine, but I'm sure the carbie won't like it...
I want to explore carb setups before looking at TBI...

although this is for a mpfi jimny motor, it gives you an idea on size/position and boost levels.

I would say that adding 4-5psi would be enough to lean a stock carb out and make the motor go bang.

he used the larger sc14 rather than the 4agze's sc12. With both types you will struggle with pulley sizes and standard boost pressures.
