just planning and wanting to know if i should us 4mm thick RHS and where to get it in vic for a good price..

3mm is thick enough, you also don't need many cross bars and they can be smaller material.

lol...the tray will be made after schoolies and well i need to drive there so the diff will need fixing first ...ill see if my dad can get some bearings organized on Wednesday

Ask in the toyota section for bearing #'s then head to CBC bearings.

there is a good place in campbell field on barry road, turning right from sydney road when heading toward sydney, go past the first street (the paint ball shop/semoz) is on the corner of that, and the steel place is not to far from that, on the left hand side, i dont remenber the name, but they were quite cheep.
