lads truck im cruisng in at minute and have had a quick look if i have overlooked somehting please add link...
i know revs will climb slightly but 500 fark me.. eg 800 -->1300.. is like auto throttle comes on on cruise and is a right pain in the ass... what would be the cause and how would one fix?
any help appreciated....

yah, if it hasn't been set up right at the start you may not get enough adjustment from sliding the A/C idle up actuator along the injection pump on its mounting bolts,tye1986 wrote:i would say they havent adjust the air con idle i think it works off vacuum it is on the side of the injector pump 2 10mm bolts crack them and slide it forward. thats if its the same as my gq after i turboed mine and turned the fuel up i had to adjust this....
if so you will need to adjust it at the back of the actuator as said.
the book spec for idle with A/C on is 1200rpm,
this in my opinion is way to high, try crawling through slow traffic and the A/C turns on and the car takes a lunge forward, it can scare the fxxk out of you.
I like to set them so the idle doesn't change up or down when the A/C cuts in and out.
