I have a vague memory of seeing one. So I say yes. Not sure there is a lot of room left at the front though. Using this motor also means using the bigger gearbox and transfer too. Additionally the cruiser transfer's output flanges are both offset unlike the hilux where the rear flange is centred. It would be alot of work to do right.

use a gbox out of a surf or late hilux,bellhousing out of a dyna or daihatsu delta and it bolts togather engine mts line up just about 5mm out but the mount can flex that far if you want
i amputting a 13bt into my 106 should have a lot of torque compared to the 3l

yes it will as it is the same gbox as fitted to the little trucks the motor came out of

The 13BT has the H55F 5 speed gearbox behind it on my MWB cruiser. I dont think the hilux boxes and diffs are built as strong as the cruiser ones.

G52 = not real strong
R150 = plenty strong

Cheers
