this is on my coiled 75, i had moved the front diff forward about 80mm which my slip spline was only just biting on about 20mm of spline , and i can fully flex my front end till the tyre is jut about touching the inside of the guard and the slip joint didnt really change at all. but to be on the safe side i got it lengthenedyamaha__308 wrote:A stock slip joint (about 100mm slip?) has nowhere near enough slip for any decent front end leaf flex. My current shaft has about 300mm of slip and cost about 20 bucks in steel..

I used 50x50x4 and 40x40x5 on mine and its been launched on hills from full throttle and it is still going. Just make sure you centre everything so it stays somewhat balanced.
