i just went and had a look at mine, that loom that comes from under the throttle body should branch out to.... cam angle sensor (between injectors), Injectors, crank angle sensor (connection located under intake manifold, Grey plug) and diagnostics port. Check to see that all those things are connected

3RZ-FE Wiring
You will need 2 – 30amp Relays & alot of spare wires of different colours.
Relay 1 – Fuel pump
Relay 2 - EFI

Harness that plugs in your computer with the following clours- green/yellow stripe, blue/red stripe, yellow, pink/black stripe etc, cut all wires to give you room to join.
• green/yellow stripe to Fuel pump relay Positive
• blue/red stripe to EFI relay Positive
• yellow to battery Positive
• pink/black stripe to start trigger
EFI relay – feed wire splices into large black/yellow stripe wire under steering wheel.
Spare large harness near computer harness
Cut brown, yellow/red stripe, red/blue stripe, black/red stripe.
• red/blue stripe joins black/red stripe then joins EFI relay Positive with the above blue/red stripe mentioned before.
• yellow/red stripe joins yellow/green stripe under drivers side kick panel near fuse box. (Temp Guage)
• Brown goes to Earth

Engine Bay near Battery
• Large white wire to Battery Positive
• Large black/blue stripe to Battery Positive
• Large black/grey stripe to Battery Negative
Harness near Battery
• Red/blue stripe joins with white then joins to EFI positive with other wires mentioned before.
• Slightly larger black/white stripe I think goes to starter wire from fuse box in engine bay. I think this wire was the trigger wire to the old starter motor.

I ran a fuse bank inside the cab for all the positive lines.

This is assuming you more than just the engine loom that plugs into the computer. My instructions that YN67highlux quoted back in one of the earlier posts was if you only had the one loom. Just in case anyone is confused by this....

thanks for that. i have double checked all wiring and its all good. we had pink and black wire going to acc and not starter trigger thou. this is sorted now but made no difference.
can you help me with few things i cant find and want to clear up before blowing computer up

Engine Bay near Battery
• Large white wire to Battery Positive === got this one done, "main power to fuse box"

• Large black/blue stripe to Battery Positive === cant find anywhere.

• Large black/grey stripe to Battery Negative
Harness near Battery === cant find anywhere

• Red/blue stripe joins with white then joins to EFI positive with other wires mentioned before. === with this one, this white and reb/blue wire will be plugged into battery and relay with other 3 wires mentioned witch will give all 5 wires constant 12v? is this correct??????

• Slightly larger black/white stripe I think goes to starter wire from fuse box in engine bay. I think this wire was the trigger wire to the old starter motor. = yep got this one

thanks again
