Seems cheap and looks pretty good. I got quoted $370 for a VDO guage at repco.
Cheers, Shane

There are a few Autometer pyros that read in celcius you jsut wont see them on US retailer web sites much. If you get on the US Autometer site and have a good look around they are there. Also I think from memory the Rocket Industries aussie site may show some, can't recall been a while. Generally the part number is the same it just has an "M" at the end to denote metric and therefore celcius. Once you havethe part number for the model you want it will be easier to get a retailer to chase it up.Grylls wrote:Hey 5inch just wondering does that guage do C or just F? I want to get an autometer boost and pyro and it seems impossible to get a pyro in C. Eguages online have heaps and they are petty cheap since or dollar is pretty strong. Can get pillar pods on eBay also for $100-150.
Phantom - 5744-M
Sport Comp - 3344-M
Cobalt - 6144-M
Joel have you ever had opportunity to compare the Auber Instruments ones a lot of us have sourced from the States. They are being sold here by a mob online too and I'd been keen to know how good or bad they actually are as price is brilliant as are alarm or relay trigger features.PGS 4WD wrote:I've foung the VDO to have very slow response and not worth the $$. Ususaly 40-50 degrees lower than the high speed on our dyno, takes 20 seconds at least to give a stable figure.

Had a look on Rocket and found this http://www.rocketindustries.com.au/desc ... o=AU3344-M
it's 2-1 / 16". Will that fit in a pillar pod off eBay? http://wap.ebay.com.au/Pages/ViewItem.a ... od&emvcc=0
They say they will fit 52mm guages which is two inches.
