partol and cruiser springs interchangeable ??

i have been told :? that gq/gu coils can be swapped into 80 and 100 series cruisers and vice versa any truth to this ??? was also told that a set of standard height cruiser springs would give approx 2" lift if swapped into a patrol ???

Interestingly enough, the unmolested vehicles I own are factory set to be about 10mm lower on the drivers side than passengers.
This makes them sit more level when on a cambered road.

if this is true it really is a stupid idea. Is the road camber angle the same angle on every road, from small streets to freeways?

Pretty much yes. Because that's the angle they need to shed water.

Are all drivers the same weight? Nope.
If you usually have a passenger onboard, should you install equal length springs each side?

that's sorta the reason i asked i thought the cruiser springs looked a smaller diameter?
