3" turbo back exhaust, boost controller 12-13psi and a tune. The difference is night and day, I drove a stock gu last week and forgot how bad they are!!

if that doesn't make you feel better, open you wallet real wide and splash out on a ball bearing turbo upgrade and a decent water to air intercooler, with a good tuner you should be able to hit 160-180hp.

assuming you already have exhaust and boost etc.

if you want to break 200 without rediculous EGT's look into methanol/water injection.

GT2860RS with a .64 exhaust housing before you ask. Or search if you want someone else's opinion.
If you're after bigger power more than better driveability, you could look at the GT2871R which has the larger compressor wheel for a bit more airflow. Takes a fraction more to spool up though.

Gudday

Anyone yet tried the GT3063R hybrid Garrett? stronger than the 28 series and with a re machined comp housing to take the 63mm wheel.

should be abit quicker to spool than the GT3071R.........we are talking a TD42T I hope......

99 percent of our customers are content with a 3" exhaust and dump. Dyno tune, raise boost and add fuel to maintain stock EGT's. Normally get a 30-40 % increases without any catches. We do heaps, 1-2 a week.
There are more options but I'd start there.
