the front end of my gq is shaking like fuck it has good radius arm bushes and every thing looks good. tyres are balenced. shakes very very bad so bad that i poo myself at about 45Kph. NEED HELP

Check all your suspension bushes and wheel bearings, replace if needed, get a wheel alignment and tire balance.
If that doesn't fix it then check king pins and adjust by removing top and bottom spacers

as bogged said theres a million threads on this but the first thing i would check (am i speaking from personal experience after spending heaps on tyre change and front end bits and pieces)
i would check the chassis where your steering box bolts up!
after nearly rebuilding the whole damn front end n new tyres we found that the chassis where the steering box bolts on had a crack which was hard to see but was very much so there!

If your wheel bearings are loose there is an easy permanant fix for that.
MQ and GQ wheel bearing hubs are the same as GU.
MQ and GQ use a flat washer between 2 nuts that has tabs you fold over. That washer flogs out easy if the bearings have been tightened before. You need to replace that washer with a new one from Nissan as the centre tab on it slides inside the stub axle thread and causes the wheelbearings to undo.
On the other note.... you have the option to piss off all that rubbish all together and use the system in the GU's.
The GUs utilise 1 round nut with holes in it and then another thick washer plate over the top and 2 screws go into the first washer to hold it all there. It can never come loose and is much easier to torque up and undo. All in all a major design improvement.
The best part is they work in all MQ and GQs as well. Ive gone to nissan and swapped those bits out in every one ive owned. I think Nissan only stung me about $70 to buy both sides last time i did it.

Though im wondering whats so bad about RTC dampeners? ive used them on at least a few previous trucks and i think they work very well. The only thing i can say about them is they cause the power steering to be heavier but thats no big deal....

I did the same GU hub nut conversion as Screwy, i paid $54 for both sides (2 nuts, 2 washers and the 4 screws) from highway nissan at slacks creek. They are a cheap and easy 'get you out of trouble' when your rig is heavy comp, not often on the road or you have dramas but cant afford to sort them out..............
As said above, ive used them before for different applications and may use them again. They have there own place in the market.

RTC are a waste of money. Fix your geometry, bearings and rubber bushes, and put a decent steering damper on and you should have no dramas.

few things to check wheel bearings, pan hard bushes, trialing arm bushes, tie rod and if you have enough carster and check if you have water in your tyre i had the same problem and could not find it then i looked in my tyres and they had water in them
