VIC-Trailer stub axle & blank/flangeless hub - where to
I'm building a swing away tyre carrier and was planning on using a trailer stub axle/spindle (which should press into 50x50mm rhs) for the pivot. I can get a hold of the stub easily enough but can't get a hold of a blank hub (I.e. No flange - basically a tube the bearings are pressed into) to weld the swing arm onto. I don't want to buy a complete hub and cut the flang off as I'll have difficulty welding to the cast steel.
I'm sure i've seen these available before but am having trouble tracking one down. Does anyone know who may stock them around Melbourne? Preferably eastern suburbs. I've tried the trailer factory in kilsyth and they didn't have much of an idea of what i'm after. I'd rather not buy online as I want to have it tomorrow.
Do induro/cheesy, kaymar etc bars use this setup?
...or anyone got any better ideas? Obviously I couldd get something made up but I could do without the hassle.

There is a seller in Braeside, $75 per set. I use their parts and they work OK.

I guess they are just a weldable stub axle so they either work or they don't
