Do you think you have to run hilux shocks in a hilux and 60 shocks in a 60,

I have 80 series shocks in my 60 switched from front to rear.

My mates 60 did have Pro-comp shocks and they extended longer than standard 60 shocks+4 inch.

Off that topic, when your looking for shocks for your hilux, ask them whats the longest shocks they make...not whats the longest shock for a hilux.

You running custom mounts arent you?

simple misunderstanding.my bad

im running shock hoops and just changing the bottom mount locations.
hoping to get eye to eye shocks all round.

he's not using 9" slackels anymore. He's done a coil conversion so he can run dobinsons coils, purely for the colour

Oh! Best part is I actually purchased dobinsons teal coils from suspensionstuff and no shit, their location is SLACKS Creek!

thanks for all the help i ended up callin 4wd1 in nsw talked to a bloke named kirk he recommened the tough dogs and i went with it. told him my measurements and he said i have a 7 inch lift in the end. now all i gotta do is fit em and do all my clearances, cheers fellas

tough dogs are the bomb mate, they will last you forever, they are the best, its well known fact eh.
