Swing away rear wheel cariers.

Im looking at building a rear bar and swing away wheel carier. I am going to use a 40mm trailer stub axle and wheel bearings for the piviot joint, What im wanting to know is those that have made the rear bars what slize steel sleve did you use to machine in the wheel bearings and where did you get it from?

Any photos or links to a build up would be a great help as i searched and had no luck finding any (i suck at the search function).

The one i used was a nice interference fit inside 150x50x3mm RHS - made things very easy ;)

That e-bay kit is perfect, a lot easier then getting solid bar and having to run it through the lave...
