Hey there , i installed my gu rear diff with 4.6 centre today and the bloody flanges are different will they swap over easily enough ? if so can i just "witness" mark the locknut and shaft as i dont have a torque wrench to measure the (break loose torque) as stated in the manual THANKS IN ADVANCE

great news thanks mate .What about the backlash and no torque wrench problem ? will witness marks be ok (alignment markings) and just do back up till it all lines up precisely ??badger wrote:did you get the 4.6's from a 2.8? the pinnion flanges are interchangeable
