Guys, recently purchased a arb winch bar for my zook.
trying to fit my warn 8000 winch into it. I am missing the 4 bolts that hold the winch to the bar.
Are these 'special' bolts? as they look like they slot into the winch? does anyone have any close up pics of theirs bolted in?
Where should I go to get these bolts and I presume nuts?
Also does the fairlead bolt up through the same bolts?
Thanks
Andy

Try ARB (?). The bolts should be metric (Warn winches are available with metric and inch hardware) but the nuts are square not hexagonal and the length is pretty specific.
No, the fairlead does not bolt to the same holes as the winch.

What sort of fairlead are you using Andy? If its a hawse style it will bolt up to the bottom mount holes as I cleared the bottom of the cutout for this reason.
If its a roller failead, depending on the type, warn or aftermarket you will find that it will either have one bolt into the mounting points and then the vertical rollers bolt into the top outrigger mounts...

Awesome thanks weaves. Will head to the bolt shop today.
Dank - I have a roller fairlead as Im running cable, however I will eventually go to rope, therefore probs hawse style.
Can you use Hawse with cable/wire?

I dropped one of the square nuts ( and of course couldn't find it again.... ).
Ended up using plain old grade 8 hex nuts and found they were large enough not to spin in the housing.
So if all else fails then just use ggod quality standard nuts and bolts.

It seemed like a much better idea when I started it than it does now.
