Disco diffs keep braking?

You can fit locker to rover centres, but you still need axles and diff gears do have a decent set up, only prob with the lux conversion, is you have to do it all at once, so if you got no coin, makes it hard :roll:
Its an easy conversion, I've done quite a few now, none return as opposed to rover centres:D

Workshop at home, can do, but your from Canberra. I have a 4.1 front high pinion 80 series centre here actually, then just have to source a 4.1 rear and jackmac axles, convert front CV's to either lux, longs, early RR, ashcroft or rovertracks :D

Sounds like you really know your stuff. A few things to do yet till i'm ready for bigger tyres.
Have you done any disco engine conversions?

Done heaps of engine conversions on various things, best yet would be an LS1 and auto into a Disco, I just wired it, Andrew at Hiline4wd fitted it, very nice conversion. problem with a Disco is the auto is not upto the task of a huge HP upgrade, all depends on what you'd like to achieve :D

Was it a tight fit, what auto did he run.
Do you know what sort of fuel consumption their getting?
Would love to see some pics.
Put a V6 commodore motor in a hilux once. Thought I was going to get similar fuel economy to the commodore work ute I had, but it was about double. Absolutely shocking.

Yes we are seeing the same problem on the rover lockers, kicking out when locked under load, not as often as the 9" as the loads are lower,
