thanks for the info, i just spoke to rankin diesel in bayswater to get an idea of figures and he said turning up the screw on standard pump with turbo is not a good idea as it will put in to much fuel till it hits boost?
Not really an issue unless it gets turned up a shitload. More fuel=more exhaust gas/heat which will bring boost on sooner. Ovbiously too much fuel will end up with clouds of soot, excessive consumption and high EGT's.

Crap. Good quality reconditioned injectors are all that you need. To be honest, i can't say i've seen/heard of high flow injectors for the TD42, but have heard of people playing with crack pressures. And the boost compesator isn't needed either, however it will give a smoother delivery of fuel (in line with boost pressure). There are PLENTY of turbo diesels getting around without aneroids, just FYI.

It is, but just fit up a pyro so you actually KNOW its safe, rather than guessing or taking someone elses advice.
