Its a Diesel and was doing my valve stem seals( have motor out anyway) and put 90psi of air into cylinders to hold valves, and noticed a heap of air escaping past the exhaust valve on 1 cylinder,
Then i tried another and that one was leaking but not as bad.
Im figuring the blown manifold gasket has done more damage than hoped for.

Re: are my valves shaggged?
Sounds like they could be burnt unfortunately, but try putting the springs back on the valves and see if air still gets through with a hundred or so pounds of spring holding the valve closed.
