Got Cubes ?

Post by Dozoor »

Just done a deal on a RR , for more bits for my Project :

How long could i expect my LT77 to last behind a 350 chev

78 RR motor is in bits , 350 SB , on gas , with engineer report , has the transfer high range conversion for criusin ,

Will have some range rover panels for sale very cheap after next week end, Also has a couple of those 35 ltr chassis rail fuel tanks , Or maybe somone wants to buy a complete body no chassis or running gear ?
Is a 2 door of course .

Larry.

LT77 won't last long, the bearings are p1ss tiny, mine failed behind a stock 3.5 V8 and it was rebuilt about 100 000kms ago.... Seriously an Auto would be stronger, but LT95 best, followed by R380 (if 5th was required)

I'm interested in the 35L chassis rail fuel tanks

got any pic's??

My LT77 lasted 2000 k behind my engine, it had done 250K prior to the conversion, was due for rebuild but had spent enough at that point.

good luck.

Extremely cheap bits avialable for the chev motor can,t believe the prices on some bits , :D

Motor wasn,t biult for gas and the guy ran it for a couple of years ,so i spose thats what led to its demise .

so no burnouts Hay , Michael! Thanks guys

Is there any rust in the bonnet or the rear upper and lower tailgates? If there is noe may be interested in them.

Good work!! :)

This was without electric windows or seats etc. Four door body with all the fruit should go ~850kg then!! Nice weight reduction if you ditch that and only add a couple a hundred kg's of stuff back in its place!!
