Guys with 12mm pumps, what have you got the timing set at?

Factory is .74..

what ever the pump builder desgnates. mine is .55
gq coil cab with stuff

generally a lot less as the cam plate is a lot more aggressive talk to the pump builder and see what they recommend mine is .64 and as all these pumps are all built different depending on who builds them also injector cracking pressure plays a part in the base timming setting
