Hi there,
I've got a EBI-100HD isolator that was already installed in my 100 series cruiser new about 10 years
It's been working perfectly until this week
The alternator is putting out around 14.5v and the main is charging fine and there is around 14.5v going into the main batt post of the isolator.
I pulled it apart, it was very clean with no corrosion inside, manually connected the contacts and 14.5v was at the aux post
Problem is the isolator is not automatically connecting
Any advise on replacing certain resistors or LM chips would be great.
I work in the electronics field so this kind of component replacement would be no trouble.
Cheers

Batt isolator not connecting

Re: Batt isolator not connecting
Hi Rough, have you got the IC part numbers and also check to see if the circuit has a voltage regulator or zener diode for controlling the voltage.
