quick easy one guys,

just put the locker in the rear of my 40, and found the Ring gear has some small chips on the edge of the teeth, iv'e done some pricing, and wondering will a 60 series center fit my 40?

both are 4.11,

Yeah no worries, 60 centre will fit.

If you are looking for a centre, I have a couple I pulled from my parts vehicle located in Albany Creek. A carton of beer would see one gone if you are interested.

It will bolt straight in to all but the earliest 40s.. My 40s have 60 centres in them with air lockers, only because they were cheap and it was convenient at the time. I don't know what others do..

i've got a 60 center with an autolocker in the rear of my 40.. straight bolt up but again mine is an '84.
Built, not bought!
