FZJ75 Clutch dimensions?

Post by 80's_delirious »

I am chasing some details and dimensions of a FZJ75 clutch. Its been suggested that it will be suitable for a gearbox conversion in 80 series or 100 series using a H150 behind a 1HD-T.

I am chasing input shaft diameter and spline count.
Also clutch plate diameter? Is it 300mm?

Any info would be great

From what my exedy book states, The FZJ75 clutch goes some like this. Clutch disc will be 275mm by 32.4mm wide input shaft, with 14 slines on the input.
I'm about to order a clutch for a bloke who is doing the same sorta thing but putting this setup behind the HZJ79.

Hope it helps sum mate, -Simmo

Thanks Simmo
I had been told it was a 300mm clutch.
Spline count is wrong also.

Cheers.
