just curious whether anyone has swapped out a vacuum transfer for a mechanical transfer ? I've heard that the only differance is the idler shaft being bigger in the vacuum? Cheers fellas, Ash

Yea mate ive jus done it leave all the gears the same ull need to change the tranfer box selector shaft that the vacum activated for the mechinical shaft as they are different and drill n tap the detent plug . Any questions msg me on 0408078942

or you could get the front housing from a manual shift and swap that over to make it work also. make sure idler shaft size is the same for both vacuum and manual shift transfers
