100 series clutch problem

Post by tuff 45 »

Hi everyone, i have a petrol 6 cylinder 100 series and if you rest your foot on clutch pedal it will slowly go towards the floor and if you hold clutch in at lights etc you end up with next to no clutch but let clutch out and you have full clutch again, no oil loss or leaks, any ideas
Thanks

sounds the clutch master is leaking internally. by passing.
check the firewall on the inside for fluid. thats where the leaks show up.

replace the master cylinder and slave cylinder. it'll be the master leaking fluid internally back past the piston seal
But as the master is worn so will the slave.
