Gauges not working

Was working on my car today installing a cb and wiring up the air con compressor and when i went for a drive my oil pressure/fuel and temp guage isnt working. EVERYTHING else is working in the car. Have checked fuses etc.

Anyone have an idea??

disconnect wiring to compressor and CB radio and resort to existing wiring to determine if that was the problem.

If so,, then you may have to run a new connection direct from the battery with a fuse to provide independant power for compressor and CB??

Just an idea :?:

Did you knock one of your printed circuit plugs outta the back of your dashboard...>?

How would he do that just wiring up the CB and the compressor???

Hmmm the compressor has all new wiring and the cb has power from the same wire that is running the stereo. Gonna have a good look today but really have no idea where to start.

Had a really good look today and could not find the problem, so who would i take it to to fix, an auto elec???

you will find it will be something simple and the auto elec will have it fixed up and sweet in 10 mins :D

All new connections were done properly, dont know where i could of stuffed up :armsup:
