Hey guys just wondering what everyone is using for link material? The weld in bungs I have are 1.5"od. I was trying to chase down some 2"x0.25" wall 1020DOM but no one up here even knows what that is even after explaining it. Any other suggestions?

What type of alloy? And what size is sufficient?

7075. Depends on heim size. I run 2" with 1.25" heims and 1.75" with 7/8 heims

How about erw pipe 60.8 of with 11.07 wall thickness for lowers ( overkill I know but available and 50x50 shs with 6mm wall for uppers.
