Wanted: Panel beater / body builder in Sydney

Post by LRHybrid100 »

G'day Guys,

Well I am building a D100 - Range Rover chassis and a Defender body and I am looking for a contact to shorten the rear tub.

I am lucky enough to have a Defender 110 2 door hardtop rear tub and wish to shorten by 10" - move the bulkhead back 10" and shorten the front end.

I have done this now on a Series 3 tub as a practice

- but as can understand the D110 is a rarer beast, and so want someone to do it professionally - OR even better someone to make up some new sides in ali with the same profile but 10" shorter.

Don't know where in Sydney you are but the boys at Dulwich Hill Auto Restorations do some of the best work I've seen... most of their jobs win awards.

They also have a guy that works for them from time to time that can make up a new panel from scratch.

Their number 9559 8188.

Ask for Tim.
