Pull the dash off and check the wiring. Probably not really neccessary I just want to see the thread you'll start about how the #$%@ do I get my dashboard back on

Dash removal is pretty simple when the windscreen isn't on.
Steering wheel off, dash pod off, dash out... easy
I'd imagine you just have a loose connection some where. You will need to check the connections for the fan behind the dash. Because the lever moves it puts some stress onto the switch etc so over time will work loose

my fan also isnt working and its not the switch. fan works on high only.switch was replaced and still only works on high. Do sierras have a resistor pack in fon motor box like other cars and if so where is it?????
