With the bulkhead mounting directly on the chassis and it being so structural you will have problems.
The inner mounts on the chassis can be lengthened easily enough. To lift the other end you would need to remove the chassis outrigger it mounts on and reweld it a couple of inches higher.
Once you've done that you will just need to make up brackets for the other mounts. This will be more complicated than the tubes used on a normal body. The handbrake will be fun as well.

Yeah...seems what these blokes said is right:
CUT CUT CUT...put 2" suspension on it, and cut and relocate the flares 2" higher, then you can get 37"s/38"s there easily...make sure to dish out on the drivetrain though!

Who does it and at what cost?
I know a mob in North Melb that did great work on my DC driveshafts for the hilux but if there are rover specialists who do it I would rather go with them.
