recommend me place

Post by jabboo »

to all you sydney people with ferozas, recommend me a good place to go and get my extractors and exhaust done.
aswell as somewhere to go to get things serviced,
Front wheel bearings
Front diff oil
Rear diff oil
Gearbox oil
Transfer case oil
Power steering fluid flush and change
Uni joints grease and steering linkages grease
Radiator coolant
A/C service
Air filter element
Brake fluid flush
Clutch fluid flush
Brake pads
spark plugs
valve clearances adjusted
ignition timing
the guy i bought this off told me he had the timing adjusted for optimax fuel ? anyone know what that means when i go to get it checked ?

If you go to an auto parts shop, you can get the necessary tools and lubricants to do the whole job yourself for cheaper than you'll pay somebody else to do it.

Really, the only things I'd leave for somebody I'm paying would be aircon service and valve clearnces (coz they can be a biatch).

Anyway, where are you in Sydney? I know a couple of fellas in the inner west.

isnt the roza clutch cable operated.... not fluid? you all have to do is readjust the cable. make sure you also inspect connections as well, such as where it connects to the pedal in the cab, firewall, and where it goes over and into the block/tranny/ inspect the whole cable itself for anything that looks damaged or frayed. real simple to do.
