ive now put the gu back to standard (was 6 inch suspension)and have found that when going over bumps(on the tar) the 5 link is hitting the chassis..
would this be easily fixed by putting coil spacers in the front..
back seems higher at the moment.

I have had to fix this on a few 5 links. Take the coils out of the front and bottom it out till the link hits, measure the distance left till the bumpstop bottoms ( should be around 50mm) get some 70mm dia alloy and cut 50mm long. Drill a 10mm hole in the bottom and thread a 12mm thread into it, drill a 12mm hole into the bumpstop pad on the bottom, put the alloy on and bolt it up with a 12mm bolt. EZ
