I am looking at doing a 4" suspension lift on my GU Wagon
on the Cheap (Not New Prices)
Does anyone have the stuff i need!

Springs
Shocks
Panhard Rods?
Caster plates?

"What about Nutters wanting to go taller"I'll buy your 4" Stuff

I rekon you should give Shanny Enginering a buzz , he is down in sale I rekon he is pretty clued on to that sort of stuff. After that you will be able to fit creepy crawleys under it no worries......

6 to 10 mm
fit the coils then measure the panhard length.
you can drive it ok with standard length panhards if you wanna be extra cheap :D

There isnt an actual measurement as EVERY vehicle VARIES :roll:

Spring rates - different etc etc.

Now.. try this...

Install your 4 inch lift. and leave the stock panhard in place whilst installing..

THEN once installed.. remove one of the panhard bolts and remove that end..

ROCK the car a bit to make sure that the springs have settled.

Measure the amount you need to extend your panhard.

Cut and lengthen the panhard.

REFIT.

Pretty simple?? unless you're lookin into harder options :roll:

The vehicle SHOULD be drivable on standard panhard = tyre will stick out an inch to drivers side. Shouldnt be a problem if you're already lifted - no rubbing to take vehicle to and from workshop if you're planning on that.

my 4-5" springs (dobinsons) are sitting in a box in melbourne after i took them out

$200 with the ext'd bumpstops for the front


can do a deal on my shocks as i will be taking them off shortly (OME - L series 4 months old)


also have adj. rear panhard to come off, just looking for a std one 1st
