I want to replace my engine oil ,but different people tell me different things What do you use:brand,viscousity,grade- (sj,sg,sl)

I have already looked in the manual
and I know that it depends on climate (I live in hot climate)
In the service book - it is written - 10w-40,15w-40,20w-50
and I also know that I have to choose the viscousity according to the dripping condition of my engine
