I have a custom rad from Aussie Desert Cooler, hope its not the same mob as mentioned above cause I'm less than happy with mine. They didn't follow instructions and due to the design of the tanks and inlet/outlet pipes I've had to repair it 3 times in ~10000k's.
Just my opinion and a heads up (if the letigious bastartds are listening).

Cheers

Yes Rod at Race Rads does make radiators which is where I got mine made.

LASTED 12 MONTHS. not happy Jan.

No electrolisis.

Rod cannot explain why it did not last.

Leaks around both the inlet and outlet, either the welding or the epoxy used has craked and now its useles.

don't get ally!!!!

did some reserch a while ago and i found that ally rads con't be repaired very easily and most of the time not a cost effictive option..

my 2 cents

go brass cheaper and seem to be less hassles with them all round..

just remember not to mix coolants!!

www.are.com.au

very cool stuff but have a look at there horror section... scary shit!!
