What is a widetrack zook??
how do you tell?

A widetrack is a 88.5 or later Sierra. They have wider diff/axles that have the springs mounted further out from the frame than before for "added" stability. You can spot them by the steel 2" flares.

That was a very brief explanation :D

every one says this but mine is second month 88 and its a widetrack

and mine has plastic flairs :finger:

but yeh easiest way to tell is the wider flairs whether they are plastic or metal they will be larger

the newer model i think its the one b4 coilys (i have rpm speed fuel and temp in my dash)

where overkills zuk has a dash that looks like a narrow track dash(ie no rpm tacho thing just speed and that) and he has Grimace interior and his seats dont even have head rests and his is an 89 model :finger: btw he has the metal flairs

thats what i got!!

tho i got a fibreglass canopy, ripped out the rear seats as well n painted the whole bottom inside(well as much as i could) with body deadener :armsup:

the very early widetracks had plastic flares, but they are wider than the nt flares, better and more flexible than the tin flares, too... chrustover

Redzook: NT's do have the tacho, except in drovers.
