Hub diameters and f100/f150 rims

Post by nicbeer »

Hey all
Going down to look at some rims toomorrow. Is there a difference between the sierras in regards to hub diameter?

From what I know, the jeep rims are sometimes different hub sizes but all the f150/f100 rims are the same and bolt straight on, without any grinding.

Is this correct. as the seller is thinking that the sizes are different from the zooks.

cheers

Nic

no
not all f100 rims are the same
f100 standard rims (6") have to small a center to fit over the lip on zook hubs
f100 sunrasia types (7"+) fit
f150 i believe are 6 stud (i may be wrong)
cj jeep rims fit (5 on 5.5??)
tj jeep rims dont (5 on 5 or 4.5 i think??)

i still have two sets in the for sale section that i know fit (one set of 4, on set of 5 all 15x7s)
It's the one on the right, Dammit !!!

the f250 is definately 6 stud, big ugly truck looking rims...not sure of the the f150....but there is a difference between 2wd and 4wd f100...I think its the 2wd with the smaller hub hole (no front hubs to stick out maybe) christover

Just some information for you all.

I went out and checked some 15x7 f100 rims out and there have a smaller hub hole. About 85mm.

They were same offset and hole spacing as zook as well.
These were off a 79' f100 4wd.

Just letting ya all know.
