Maxi Drive installation Q

Post by GRIMACE »

Ok finally gonna get some energy and hook up the rear maxi
I didnt want to hook it up straight away as i think it would take the challenge out of everyday weekend drivin at ormeau :)

One Question is in regards to the vacume storage cylinder, the line that feed the cylinder from the manifold.... where do i splice it into on the manifold ? ? ? so it can be feed with the pressure

A pic with it circled or something would be of great assistance  thanks

Hi.
I spliced into the booster vaccuum line on my rangie. Just got a T piece and some other reduction fittings and bingo.
Hope this was of some help.
Cheers

OK I dont think you should be doing this if you dont know where the booster is on yours Anthony!!
Its under the bonnet joined to the inlet manifold by a 3/8 rubber hose. ;)
