That would be very interesting. Would any traction, be at all possible. It's hard enough keeping traction with the 3RZ 2.7 petrol 4x2's. Imagine with another 100NM through the R151 box with skinny LT tyres on a light rear end. Chaos. :lol:

the links of the 3 found on the net are not real they are a photo shop picture the new hilux is going to RESEMBLE that you can tell by the guards they look weird any ways that my thought

ive got press pics of the motor, but they are huge and cant chop them down at the moment, sorry. this motor is not just the old one with a common rail and vn turbo, toyota say they lightened several 'internal' components to lessen engine noise and vibration, either way, its about time we got this motor.

There are so many differing pictures and opinions....

I guess we just have to wait and see....

More info on the motor and new Auto transmission would be cool.
